Non payment

A seller didn't pay. I opened a case and it's been about 4 days. My case has an option to close case. It asks did buyer pay? I can choose yes or no and select close case. Will this credit me a final Vue fee so I'm not out of pocket. The bidder bidded a stupid amount. £5000 so I don't want to close the case wrongly and be charged a mad fee.
Any help appreciated

Wait until 5th. day from case opening ...timed in 24 hour periods x 4 exactly; not calendar days ! ... if you close close too early, you lose your fee credit.
