Non paying bidder (another one)

Hello, we've been on ebay many years but the number of non paying bidders and even those saying they were not happy with the item and want a part-refund(!) is getting much much worse. The removal of negative feedback was the turning point and gives these people a way of messing sellers around with no comeback. I know ebay say set up your blocking criteria but with millions of people this is not effective, I have a list of blocked sellers which I keep adding to, but why should it be left to me to do, surely ebay could use this system to create a database to block all these serial non-buyers? BRING BACK NEGATIVE FEEDBACK EBAY! (don't suppose for one minute they will take any notice, but I may try and get this as a feature on a well-known consumer programme - big companies don't like TV publicity like that). Well that's got that off my chest, had to do something!
