Non counterfeit goods appeal decision

I have had an item removed as EBay say it is counterfeit etc.  It is not counterfeit and I have the original receipt to prove this.  I cannot reply to the message, and I cannot find how to appeal to eBay. Can anyone point me in the right direction please

there's no appeal process and its quite possible that the trademark holder is responsible.

however it would be better not to draw more attention to your account as you are a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.

What was the item?

It may be that the item comes under the VeRO programme, and the brand owner has asked eBay to remove it.

Some brand owners just do not like their brand being associated with eBay in any way.

Some brand owners only want their items sold through authorized dealers.

In any event, if eBay has removed the item, then do not be tempted to try to list it again, as if you do, it might be your account, that is removed by eBay.
