I bought an item on ebay on Sunday early evening and it was advertised as next day delivery (to arrive today tuesday 20th july). It has still not arrived and i have not received any email confirmation of the order or any sort of correspondence. I checked out as a guest and not via my login however i did enter my email address etc. The money has been taken from my account however i cannot trace the purchase back to a seller to ask without any email. Please can you advise how i can get in contact with the seller (i have the details of the buyer in my bank account as the money has been taken)
