Ignore the Seller and use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open an Item Not As Described Case for a Full Refund within 30 days of Delivery. If the Seller doesn't Accept the Return and generate a Returns Label through the Case just Escalate the Case for Ebay to Step in after 4 days.  They will force the Refund.
