No response from seller

Hi...I've contacted the seller of an item because I want to order multiple items which are personalised and it's not clear how I do that - plus I want to check p+p for the number of items and how that will work. No response at all to any of my messages! Any hints for getting a response? Can ebay help? I do really want the items, otherwise I'd look elsewhere....thanks for any advice.

It may be that they do not accept messages or do not want to reply or combine postage

Or they may be being very cautious in case ebay think they are doing off ebay sales

If they are not responding then it is best to find another seller

Ebay are taking strong steps to stop off ebay sales

If you have tried to exchange any contact details with another member before buying the item then ebay will restrict or suspend you.

They sent an email to all members on 22^nd Sept Changes to the user agreement

It will be in your ebay Messages tab on your My ebay for you to read
