I sent an item back to China as I was not happy with the item, I was told to leave a 5 star feed back and I would receive a refund, I refused to do this as I thought it was blackmail.. I contacted e bay and returned the item, e bay has refused me a refund and now I have returned the item and also out of pocket.
who else can I contact I paid by PayPal and I now have no confidence in eBay....
