No refund

I bought an item on the 7th July & paid for it.

The seller cancelled the next day (for no good reason) & 'said' he had refunded me.

I have NOT had a refund. I contacted eBay CS & was told to wait until the 21st, then ask for help from then if no refund came thru.

It is the 22nd & I still do not have a refund. I am trying to contact eBay abot it but cannot find any way to do it....

When I go to the case it gives me 2 options: 'I did not pay for this item' or 'I have been refunded'. There is no option to say I have not been refunded & no comment box to tell/ask about it.

I have been around & around on the CS page trying to find ANY way to contact them but cannot find any.....

This is WRONG. The seller has defrauded me & eBay won't even take my comment....

What can I do????

You may have to open a "not received" - or equivalent - case in Paypal if you have no option for refund or "not received".

 

Remember that if you paid by Credit or Debit card through Paypal then the refund goes to the card
