I bought an item on the 7th July & paid for it.
The seller cancelled the next day (for no good reason) & 'said' he had refunded me.
I have NOT had a refund. I contacted eBay CS & was told to wait until the 21st, then ask for help from then if no refund came thru.
It is the 22nd & I still do not have a refund. I am trying to contact eBay abot it but cannot find any way to do it....
When I go to the case it gives me 2 options: 'I did not pay for this item' or 'I have been refunded'. There is no option to say I have not been refunded & no comment box to tell/ask about it.
I have been around & around on the CS page trying to find ANY way to contact them but cannot find any.....
This is WRONG. The seller has defrauded me & eBay won't even take my comment....
What can I do????
Use the 'help & contact' link at the foot of the screen and put "help with a case" into the topic bar - I just tried it and it cam up with contact options.
