This is something you need to solve for yourself. If you buy things online, it's standard practice to provide return labels for home printing, and not just on eBay. You can ask anyone with a printer to print it for you (they usually come as .pdf files.). Some public libraries have printing facilitles, or you can take it to a print shop. Or why not just buy a budget printer? They're cheap enough these days, and it's useful in so many other ways to be able to print information from the internet.
