No postage refund

Ii want to close my ebay account, can't get a postage re- fund from seller, pic different to actual articles, no help or support from ebay, going on for to long now, I just feel ebay do not live up to promise of re- funding a customer if the seller is in
the wrong!!!

if you receive an item that isn't as described all you have to do is go to the Resolution Centre and open a not as described case

wait for the seller to issue a prepaid returns label

if they don't do this voluntarily you return to the case and ask ebay to step in

once you receive the returns label you return the item for a full refund

if you return without using the prepaid label there is no way to get the seller to pay for the return
