Anyone know how to put in feedback/complaints about problems facing sellers? On the app, you can't request an invoice for multiple shipping, all sellers can do is refund through Paypal and have to get in touch with eBay to refund the postage fees. Takes hours of our time and not everyone on the phone knows how to handle it. Nightmare!!
There is an ongoing glitch with combined P&P, the link on checkout doesn't work.
Buyers need to message seller to ask for it.
