No more back no goods

Hi, my parcel was sent to me via Hermes, they tried 3 times to deliver it apparently but no cards were left, I asked for a refund from the seller, I also went through Ebay to get my money back but they ruled in favour of the seller, so now I am left with no goods and i haven't got the money back, i have messaged the seller because the item has been returned to them, I managed to get this information, they said they would look into, but I have messaged them since and I have had no reply.

Try opening an Item Not Received Case with PayPal, if you Paid that way?  They tend to check the Tracking more thoroughly than EBay do. You have 180 days Buyer Protection. Log in and find Resolve a problem down the left hand side. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
