I'm at the end of my tether now, has anyone got some advice on what to do. I purchased a parcel on the 19th because it was 48 hr delivery so it should of arrived on the 21st. Still no parcel. I opened a case up and eBay were waiting for a reply from the seller, he replied a week later with useless info and said he posted etc and from the tracking info that turns out to be true. It said in the resolution centre that I could step it up and let eBay step in on the 31st which is tomorrow. I've just been back on and it's saying I can step it up on the 22nd of August now! I'm not waiting that long to get my money back from a 48 hr delivery at a cost to me if £30!
I've had a problem with a delivery in the past that I sent and within a week eBay made me give a refund back! Which I did. Out of order this is. Thanks in advance
