I just won an auction and the seller cancelled the transaction, I paid the same day £110 via Paypal, its been over a week and no refund has been given, when I go on the ebay request section, it just says tell us when you recieved a refund, no option to say I have not recieved the refund, what do I do now?
Seems to me ebay is all on the side of the seller, as a seller if I dont pay I get penalty points, why not for sellers who waste our time.
