Buyer hasn't contacted me for collection

If you have a non payer you open a non payment dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

You can open one after 2 days and close after another 4 days

You get your final value fees back the non payer gets a strike and neither of you can leave feedback

If you dont do this then ebay do not know you did not get paid and you have to pay the fees

You have 32 days to open a dispute

If they have paid then you just wait and see what happens.

You have their money and goods and that is not a small amount of money

have you already relisted them

You need to change that listing

A buyer has to buy and then come and view 

You can not exchange any contact details before a sale or you can be restricted or suspended or may have to pay final value fees on the item if you sell it or not

What would you do if they came and wanted them?.

Ebay are taking strong steps to stop off ebay sales

If you have tried to exchange any contact details with another member before buying the item then ebay will restrict or suspend you.

They sent an email to all members on 22^nd Sept Changes to the user agreement

It will be in your ebay Messages tab on your My ebay for you to read
