No address

When someone has brought something and paid I'm receiving their address in the box that says print. Only getting the post code and nothing else. Any ideas?

May be an ebay glitch as this is the second time today that this problem  has been posted to my knowledge

Check paypal and get the address from there 

If you cant print a label on ebay then just print it out yourself and get the label at the Post Office
