If a seller puts a price followed by 'No Reserve' what does this mean?

Exactly what is says.

The price on the listing is the price that the auction either starts at or the buy it now price and there is no reserve price

It means what it says, there is no minimum price that the item will sell at. So if they are foolish enough to start at 99p and there is only one bid then item sells for 99p.

To be honest it is completely unnecessary, as if there was a reserve the bidding would show as reserve not met.

Reserves are expensive at 4% of the reserve sold or unsold and the Minimum Reserve is £50.
