No QR code when person collected

How do I mark as despatched as this is the only option,  when person collecting item will not give me code or QR to scan ?

The code is only for the app. You should still be able to mark as dispatched using a PC or laptop.  On My eBay via More Actions, right of item on your sold page.  Or on seller hub page click on the item, then top left > Mark as Dispatched.
