No Insertion Fees offer, not working

Hi, I had Bank Holiday offer of no insertion fees, but it is still charging fees, it is supposed to end at midnight, I use the app and browser, but it still won't let me list

free, I should be able to list up to 500 a month, but nowhere near.....
