The seller did not forget he does not send the code it is ebay that send it by text of email.
It has nothing to do with the seller
If you have not received it then you contact ebay and ask them for it

Phones open at 8 am on a weekday
If the seller has not put the ECP code on the parcel it will be rejected at the store and returned to seller if they had a return address,if no return address it will be disposed of by the store.
You will have to open an Item Not Received case with eBay and without proof of delivery the seller will have to refund,escalate the case asap usually around 3 days.
