I need help but just cant get through to ebay at all 😞

A guy has bought loads from me, first sign of trouble was when the items never arrived so he opened a case and i refunded, then the items arrived so he paid again but i had given him the wrong amount (due to me being dyslexic) he then got arsey with me in messages and then left me a neutral feedback, when i asked him to revise it he got arsey again so i tod him i had blocked him from buying from me again and then he left a negative saying i was the worst seller ever despite buying off me over 8 times. Now his latest order he's demanding a return and a refund saying my items dont match the description when i know they do, the blokes just being a complete **bleep** with me to the point where i have threatened to involve the police due to him harassing me.  Now he's messaged me saying that he is returning ALL items he's ever bought from me and i am to refund him the full price including postage, surely he's not allowed to do that??

Do not reply to them again.   Put their ID on your blocked bidder list.  Here's the link:
