I just sold something but was alerted to the postcode being incorrect. So I haven’t yet sent it.  How long do you give a buyer to respond? I’ve sent 5 messages over 3 days... no response.

if I do have to eventually cancel the order do I still have to pay eBay though it’s not my fault?

Why do you think Post code is not correct?

Have you checked on Royal mail website?

You can cancel sale using the "problem with buyers address" option.

Have you checked that RM will accept that sold item, looks too big for their normal postage sizes.

Cancel using the reason "Something wrong with buyer's address" and you'll get your fee back from ebay.
