New rules on VAT selling to Europe

Are europeans still buying items from the UK?   I seem to have lost some good buyers.

Why not, the rules from July 1st apply to all EU countries, it is not just the UK.

I admit I don't understand it at all, except that it seems to have been made more complicated than it need be. If necessary I will end up blocking all EU Countries to avoid making mistakes.
