Is anyone else unhappy with the way eBay is moving? I know I am, and considering moving on to other sites. The fees are going up, the service is going down. Are the owners only making hundreds of millions rather than Billions? Maybe we should organise a whip-round, after all, who can live on only millions?

You are a Private seller,  the fees are not going up for you,   they are going down,  albeit a little , but still down.

Many people forget they first paid a 2.9% plus 30p fee to Paypal,  and then received a 10% seller fee invoice from eBay.  A total of 12.9% plus 30p in fees per transaction.

Now,  under the new Managed Payment system,  no Paypal fee,  and a total of 12.8% plus 30 p to pay

Less not more,  and as that famous Store says....   Every Little Bit Helps !

Hi, thanks for your response. I can actually do the math. I was attempting
to get some kind of response. You are correct, I am a private seller. and
the new look is of no interest to me. I do not need a page full of graphs
showing me how I am 30% down on sales from last month. and all the other
attendant details. Moving from one screen to another and then back entails
extra manipulation to get back the data you moved away from. Some of the
new functions do not work correctly, if at all, navigation is nowhere near
as easy, and I have buyers who have no idea how to pay me. I started using
eBay in 2000, and I remember well how it worked back then.

Sorry about the maths but you did say inyour opening post that fees are going up which in fact they have gone done, hence my clarification of the breakdown of fees. You do have to flit from page to page, but your homepage can be less cluttered and easier to navigate around, if you use the Customise link top right of your homepage. There just tick and bring over the columns of information you do wish to see leave all the ones there, of no interest or help to you.

Do I prefer the old page ?   Yes.

Have I got used to the new Seller Hub  page after being on it for nearly 3 years ?  Yes.
