Yes. Paypal take a receiving fee of 2.9% + 30p out of the payment and ebay's fee is 10% of the item price including postage.
Once you go onto their new managed payments there won't be a Paypal fee. The money will go to your bank account after 2 working days and the ebay fee will be 12.8% + 30p.
