Hi people,
I live in the UK and have 2 eBay accounts both around 18-19 years old and both accounts
have Paypal associated with them. Ebay emails every so often saying I no longer have the ability
to sell items, but if I would follow the link and update my bank details I will be able to sell again.
I follow the link and eBay displays this message:-
****************************************************************
We’re not yet ready for you to update your account details.
We’ll send you an email and a notification in My eBay when you can get set up.
****************************************************************
After considering the above but still wanting to have a go at selling again, especially as so many private
sellers seem to have recently stopped selling on eBay, I tried setting up a new ebay account which
went OK but was suspended 30 mins later with an email from eBay saying:-
"MC113 Your eBay account has been permanently suspended".
I tried again and 30 mins later the same thing happened again.
One thing I certainly no longer wish to do is involve my existing eBay accounts as when things
break, there's often no way to get things fixed as eBay email says:-
(so our decision to permanently suspend your account is final and can’t be appealed. )
Is this a common problem or just applicable to me?
Regards... Tim
