You are too late if you opened a dispute 6 weeks ago.
You open a not received dispute and then escalate it after 3 full days
Ebay would have stepped in and you would have had your refund
You had 30 days so are well out of time now if it was six weeks
Once a case has closed that is the end of it and you can not open another one on ebay
If you paid by paypal then try opening a not recieved dispute.
Escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days
