Neutral feedback

I sold a watch to a buyer, without contacting me, they left neutral feedback saying that the watch is running slow, the buyer didn't message me at all, not giving me a chance to try & help resolve this, i messaged the buyer after their feedback, offering to have a new battery sent out to them at my own cost, or even give a full refund, but i've heard nothing, which i think seems unfair, i would like to resolve the situation to their satisfaction but they won't return my messages.
