Someone has left me negative feedback stating they paid for an item 4 weeks ago and haven't received it.
Really it sold on 10/11, they paid on 20/11 but I've been on hol. I don't see how this is fair. Do you know if I can do anything?
Please note: I have read the reply below and think there has been some misunderstanding.....
basically, the buyer paid ten days late. By the time they had paid, 10 days after the item ended, I was going away that day.
i don't see how it's fair to pay me ten days late but then leave negative feedback.
I have returned today. The item hasn't been posted and I am going to refund the buyer.
