Can’t believe a buyer has left me negative feedback? She’s basically told a pack of lies, and I’ve asked eBay to step in and they won’t? I’ve been a seller / buyer on here for 14 years. You’d think that would count for something. Basically anyone can just ruin your feedback for no good reason. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Basically anyone can just ruin your feedback for no good reason.
EBay would say - and probably did say - that it's the buyer's opinion. It doesn't break any rules, no profanity and no mention of an eBay dispute, so eBay won't change it.
By the way, the reason one previous responder thought you were a business seller is that following the "view item" link in your feedback page now takes you to a similar item being sold by another seller. Just another of eBay's recent changes designed to benefit eBay, not it's users.
