I have recently received a negative feedback because the buyer thought that the green dress they ordered was a different colour to the photo.
Surely this is down to a number of things that are out of my control such as compter monitor colour and screen types.
The dress was described as green which it was and was an absolute bargain too!
The buyer involved was, yet again, a relative new ebayer.
Is there anything I can do about this? I have already reported them.
