Negative feedback, aggressive buyer. No supporting evidence.

Hello all. Firstly, let me just thank you in advance. This is the first time I've had to do this. 

 

I sold a painting from myself in the UK to another UK buyer. The buyer received the item and said the packaging was inadequate. I then asked for supporting photographic evidence, which I planned to use to claim from the postal company. 

 

Buyer advised they would do this, but no evidence has been sent. Buyer incredibly aggressive, personal, insulting, even calling me names. Buyer then refused to provide evidence. Negative feedback has been left. 

 

This is is obviously still ongoing and so far all I've done is follow ebays advice to contact the buyer to ask them to revise the feedback. The buyer messaged me telling me that I am not worth their time and that the feedback stands. 

 

Is is there a way to get this in the resolution centre? I feel perhaps I am wasting ebays time with this but I do feel the feedback is inappropriate.
