Recently, one of my customers left a negative feedback even before the Estimated Delivery Time period. The negative feedback was about late delivery, You will be appreciated very much if you revise this feedback for me otherwise it will be a huge problem for me as a beginner seller on eBay.Waiting for your early reply.

As your listings are all private we can't see any details.

 

The buyer claims the item has not been mailed. If you marked the item as dispatched, and uploaded the tracking number, you may be able to get this neg removed by customer support if the tracking record confirms delivery. Especially if the buyer left this feedback before the latest estimated delivery date.

 

Before contacting customer support, check the tracking record. If it's been delivered, your impatient and inexperienced buyer may be willing to change it themselves if you send them a feedback revision request.
