This last month, I have recived 2 negative feedbacks
The 1st one, someone has offered their opinion on one of my items without reading the description nor understanding the actual costs to make such an item.
nor replied to an after sales message from me saying to pop me a message if they have any problems.
The 2nd was from a person who was unhappy no delivery service could guarentee delivery to their country (middle east) during the covid19 pandemicand was refunded immediately
These feedbacks look terrible, I have no issues giving refunds or replacements and always been as helful as i can. I find it unfair people can do this.
is there anyway of getting these removed?
The one claiming it is too expensive, is too old to change, shame, as maybe eBay CS would have removed it, as the price is there for buyers to see and judge whether they wish to pay that or not. Your follow up was good though.
The other neg I'm sure will be removed, if this Covid crisis has banned you from selling to this person's country.
