Negative Feedback

Hi anybody,   back in April I received undeserved negative feedback from a buyer.  She kept insisting that I'd addressed it wrongly.  I explained to her that the Address Label was printed from eBays Packlink to her official eBay address and without waiting to see if the item turned up she left the undeserved Negative Feedback.   After a week of it sitting in the same place on the tracking I applied for a refund for a lost item.  I informed the buyer each step of the way of my actions.  I have now received the refund from Packlink and the buyer has been refunded.   I asked eBay to look into the undeserved Feedback but a month later I've not heard anything from them.   Has anyone any ideas on where I go from here please!

Did you refund the seller straight away or wait for the refund from packlink?.

You needed to refund straight away.

If you dealt with it properly then you can ask the buyer to revise the feedack

Other than that all you can do is to ask ebay again go to Seller Help

and try from there
