I was left very unfair and harsh feedback from a buyer who did not contact me to try and resolve the matter first
I previously had 100% untarnished feedback and endeavoured to offer good service and quality
I asked her to return the item for a full refund and she is returning it . Will the negative feedback be removed once the matter is resolved and she is refunded?

No, negative feedback is not removed simply because of a return or refund.....even after this a buyer can leave negative if they wish as it reflects the buyers overall experience....
You can request the buyer revise BUT they do not have to & eBay will not remove it
