Nectar points not refunded

On 7th June 2021 I placed an order. Total price £20.60.    £10 was used by my Nectar points.   The seller later said that they could not supply it and did a refund.     I received £10.60 refund but my Nectar points were not refunded.    Ebay do not allow you to query an item that has ended and there does not appear to be a way of sending them a straight email.   Could you please help me get a credit for the points.

Nectar points are not refunded, new voucher is issued.
