Hi. Tried to convert some Nectar points yesterday but go this error (We had trouble connecting to Nectar. Please try again later. and its still the same today. I'm still collecting them fine through ebay though.
Any help or advice appreciated. TIA.

I've removed the card and re-added (with help from Nectar's helpline) and its working again now.

Try Nectar's helpline.
Go top of eBay page to My eBay drop down list and click on the Nectar logo.
Either top right or bottom right is Nectar's helpline number.
Use a desktop browser, and not an app.
