Necklace chain

The woman has received her item and now wants her money back to which I have declined because the descriptions of this item were correct, I'd already told the woman to check the description of the item before she bids, to which she said she had read the description and obviously she didn't cause I had already said that I can't find hallmarks etc. so I'll not be refunding and I hope that you agree with me. Kind regards elaine

No we dont agree with you and neither will ebay

If a dispute for not as described has been opened then you have to send a pre paid label for the return

Once you have it back you refund

If you dont and the buyer escalates then you will pay the fees and a defect on your account

Why say it was hallmarked if you could not find the markings>

"Hallmarked but I'm unable to find or have seen it and didn't realise it was"
