NO returns label to be found

I requested a return but even though ebay said my label was ready the seller hasn't sent one.

I have checked all my messages from ebay and seller but nothing.

Seller said it wob't let him send another but he hasn't sent one in the first place.

Escalate the case to ebay 8/9 days after you started it.  Then go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of the page, find your case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
