NO RETURNS LABEL RECEIVED

I started a return to a seller as the item was described as great condition but bits were missing. The return was accepted on 22/6/16 and Ebay said i must return the item within 6 business days. The seller said they had sent me a returns label in the post but I STILL havent received it. I've messaged the seller twice and they said they have sent the label. I'm not sure what to do now??? I definitely have not received the label so how can i return the item within 6 days???

If the seller does not respond how can i Alert Ebay that I have not returned the item because although the seller told Ebay they had accepted the return and sent me a label, they clearly have not?

You should by now have the option to ask ebay to step in..ie escalate the case

 

Do this and you will receive as part of the dispute a pre paid (charged to the seller) label.

 

Input the tracking number you get from the post office into the dispute and once attempted delivery is shown you should be refunded
