NEGATIVE FEEDBACK HAS BEEN REMOVED BY ONE OF YOUR SELLERS, I WILL COMPLAIN AS THIS IS NOT ETHICAL

I RECEIVED GOODS WHICH WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED, AS I WAS GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES WITH THE SELLER, I DECIDED TO DISPOSE OF THE ITEMS AND COUNT MY LOSSES. I DID GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, THEY ASKED ME TO REMOVE THE FEEDBACK AND THEY WOULD REFUND ME FOR THE ITEMS.

I DECLINED AND NOW THE FEEDBACK HAS DISAPPEARED, IF I DON'T GET  A A RESPONSE I WILL TAKE ACTION, AS OTHER BUYERS SHOULD BE MADE AWARE.

it is a pity you did not read the ebay money back guarantee or come on here with the original problem

If an item is not as described then you just open a not as described dispute to get your money back.

You should not have disposed of them and given the seller a chance to sort the matter out.

It depends on what you said on the feedback as members can get certain feedback removed

I am not sure what action you think you can take now as there is nothing you can do on ebay

 

If an item is not as described you open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay
