Mystery direct debit to Ebay sarl

I have just received an email telling me that Ebay sarl have set up a direct debit on my account. I know nothing at all about this, No money as yet has been taken from my account however. Any help or advice or a telephone number to contact Ebay sarl would be greatly appreciated!

It is the ebay managed payments

If you read the email you receive it tells you

Ebay will only take payment if you owe them money.

A bit panicking when you first see it but it is the same for all of us.
