I am having loads of delivery issues lately using MyHermes.

Anybody else having problems?

A couple of Examples.

1.

Tracking states Delivered to reception (Its a block of flats, does not have a reception)

Contacted Hermes - they stated 'left with the concierge' (its a block of flats, does not have a recpetion)

Eventually got MyHermes to send a link to a claim form.

2. Tracking states left in shed (customer does not have a shed)

Received picture from MyHermes showing parcel left on a spare wheel outside back door (customer does not have a spare wheel)

MyHermes states deliverd to number 8 - why - address on label is number 15

So, tracking states shed, picture shows spare wheel, and delivered to wrong address - pack of lies.

Latest one - parcel returned back to me as RTS, but it was supposed to get delivered to a click and collect depot.

All above in the last 3 days.

I need to find a different but cheap courier who is reliable, and who has a customer service department in the UK, and not wenchat to India.

Any Suggestions?

"cheap courier" You get what you pay for. Cheap payment, cheap service.

You say you eventually got a claim form, have you received any compensation? You need to read the T & C of any Courier you use as most have long lists of things for which they will not pay compensation. 

At least you can get a list of what RM will not accept at any Post Office and it is nowhere near as long or complicated as Couriers T & C (if you can find them).

One thing though that is probably not the fault of Hermes - the Click and Collect Item. It would appear that many are not even aware that they are in this scheme, or even change of ownership and no longer offering t service. Serious lack of Communication and Staff Training.

There are many sellers and buyers who come on here with problems with Hermes and other couriers

Yuo would have to google for yourself for another courier but Hermes and Yodel do not have a good record 

For me I would not use any other than RM but then you are limited to size and weight ( and price)

I dont think you will get anyone on here recommending any courier
