My sales have dropped dramatically. Please, help!!!!

Hi, My sales have dropped dramatically for a few mounths now. No matter what I do, it doesn't help.

I think something is going on with Ebay as I tried everything. 

I tried to put my items at cost price, tried promotions of all sorts, swapped keywords, replace/add pictures, end some items and list them again as new listing (sell similar), set completely new items to start at one day from another for a week, I marked every questions as answered.

As I use webinterpret, 100 items requiered item specifics in all different countries so, it is in different languages, I contacted ebay and webinterpret to sort it out but they apparently couldn't do anything but only me (I only speak 3 languages) so I clicked not to remind me this again.

All my best sellers don't sell anymore and if something didn't sell for a long time or sometimes, it is a new item, it might sell twice in a row the same day then go back to sleep again.

I wonder if ebay filters me or something, I also noticed than now, most buyers have 1 or 0 feedbacks.

I have never been a massive seller but from between 7 to 12 items a day, I went at 0 to 3 a day.

Can someone help please, I am desperate!!!!
