I would like a manager to see the contact I have had with eBay and seller where I have spent a lot of time trying to make a payment.. this is so stressful and time consuming.

That shows that you paid and the seller is in managed payments.
That PayPal notification proves you paid through eBay checkout but seemingly eBay have not processed and forwarded payment to your seller.
That's an eBay problem they need to sort out.
Why cant you pay?.
If you cant then ebay will send messages to say you need to pay
You should be able to pay through the reminders
If you cant
to contact ebay then top or bottom of the page under Seller help or help and contact
