My item, title, photos, have been copies

Please could someone give me advice.  I've been selling on here for many years,  I sell handmade items.  I have recently found out that someone it selling a 'copy' of my item.  They are using my own photos taken in my garden, they have copied my titles and the description of the item is word to word copied.  THEY HAVE EVEN GOT MY POSTCODE !

I contacted Ebay but they have done nothing about it. Surely this is illegal ?

If you don't own intellectual copy rights to your material then not a lot you can do,and ebay won't help.

Best you can do is ask the seller to remove the material.
