My ebay account is messed up

Hi. I have been an ebay custumer for years and bought many thing off ebay. but today i have a problem. My ebay account has lost its history. things like perches history. its like im a new customer. I tried to get ebay to ring me. They did but they couldnt he4ar me.  Need to get this problem sorted soon. As i have to file a dispute about an item i bought of ebay. but cant because my perches history has gone

Sign out of this account and then sign in using your previous user name or email and password

If you cant to that then there is a link which says help to sign in if you have forgotton your password

This can happen if you click on join with facebook or google
