My buyer still hasn’t picked up an item over a month after the sale

I sold a bigger item that needed collection arranging, but the buyer still hasn't organised collection. They first organised a courier, but failed to check whether I could print out the label, I don't have a printer and I asked them to provide a label. They've still not done so and haven't messaged in about a month. 

 

I've chased them up several times. They haven't asked to cancel the sale. What should I do?

Cancel the Sale using Problem with Buyers Address. You will receive a Fee Credit and the Buyer will get their Money Back.
